• Free Shipping: On all orders above $100.00
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (where available) — additional charges apply
• All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days
• Tracking information will be shared via email once shipped

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Accessories, innerwear, and sale items are non-returnable
• To initiate a return, contact us at hello@nexora.store with your Order ID

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size/color.
